Hi! I’m Aishwarya (Aish),

Copywriter, Content Writer, and Certified Editor & Proofreader


Writing and editing has been a constant thread through my work across different industries. At property firm, CBRE, I turned insights into reports and articles — a few of which were published in Thailand’s newspaper chain, Bangkok Post. Later, while teaching at an English conversation school in Kyoto, I developed and wrote 45+ English lessons.

My shift towards working with health and wellness brands grew from my own journey managing mental health challenges. As I discovered sustainable practises that supported my wellbeing, it also inspired me to start Content for Thought, a blog that shares visual insights guiding people through managing overwhelming emotions and situations.

My personal experience, along with some training in areas of mental health and my background in writing, all helps me support health and wellness in brands to create content that help build meaningful connections with their audience.

  • Workshop Coordination for Non-Profit Organisation, Ruam Chuay
  • Course in Yoga Philosophy (and regularly practising yoga!)
  • Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD
  • Volunteer experience with Soroptimist International
